XLVB TOURNAMENT DATES & STAY TO PLAY POLICY

• Any registered team traveling from outside a 50 mile driving radius must comply with the Stay-to Play policy.

• All hotel reservations must be placed exclusively through the Book Your Block booking website at the partner hotels.

• Each tournament age bracket requires the accepted team to book the minimum number of room nights listed below

• A Room Night is classed as a one night booking of one room. ie, A family reserving one room for two nights equals 2 room nights. Therefore, a 10 Room Nights minimum requirement would require rooms to be booked by 5 families for 2 Room Nights.
