With over a decade of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries, Sophie brings a deep passion for travel and a wealth of expertise to our team as she joins as our new Customer Experience Specialist.
Her journey began early, driven by a childhood dream to work for British Airways as cabin crew—a dream she realized after completing her studies in Travel and Tourism at New College Stamford, UK. During her time at British Airways, Sophie’s dedication to providing outstanding service was recognized through several letters of commendation for excellent customer service. This early success set the tone for her career, where she has continued to excel in customer-facing roles.
Throughout her career, Sophie has developed an extensive understanding of the hotel industry from multiple perspectives. Her experience spans both sides of the hospitality spectrum, having been a frequent guest at many hotels during her time at British Airways and later transitioning into a hotelier role at The George of Stamford, UK. It was there that her dedication to exceptional guest experiences propelled her through various roles. Starting at the front desk, she quickly advanced to Assistant Manager, where she worked closely with the reservations, sales, and events teams, gaining invaluable insights into hotel operations and sales.
