STAY-TO-PLAY POLICY FOR PERFECT GAME TOURNAMENTS
AT LONG ISLAND
All out-of-state teams (non-New York) must comply with the Stay-To Play policy.
Teams from the following NY Counties and boroughs are exempt from the policy: Suffolk County, Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Westchester, and Rockland Counties. All other New York state teams are required to comply with the Stay to Play policy.
Each Event requires the accepted team to reserve the minimum number of room nights listed in the table below.
A Room Night is classed as a one-night booking of one room. Ie, A family, reserving one room for two nights equals two room nights. Therefore, an eight (8) Room Night minimum requirement would require rooms to be booked by four (4) families for two (2) Room Nights.
Upon meeting the minimum number of room nights, the team will qualify for Complimentary Indoor Batting Practice during the tournament.
Team's seeking an exemption may submit an official Exemption Application that is reviewed by the tournament director.
