NIGHTMARE FASTPITCH STAY TO PLAY POLICY

• All teams located over 50 driving miles from the venue must comply with the Stay-To-Play policy.

• Each Event requires the accepted team to reserve the minimum number of room nights listed in the table below.

• A Room Night is classed as a one-night booking of one room. Ie, A family, reserving one room for two nights equals two room nights. Therefore, a sixteen (16) Room Nights minimum requirement would require rooms to be booked by eight (8) families for two (2) Room Nights.

• Team's seeking an exemption may submit an official Exemption Application that is reviewed by the tournament director.
