The Special Event Rate is the reduced room price featured on the booking platform.

Travel insurance may be available for certain bookings. If offered, you'll find it as an optional purchase on the checkout page.

Upon completing your booking, you'll promptly receive a hotel reservation confirmation email from Reservations@lodging.support. 

Should you not receive this confirmation, please contact us at guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.

All reservations are paid directly at the hotel, so there's no need for payment at the time of booking, unless you opt to purchase the optional insurance.

The cancellation policy will be clearly outlined during the booking process on the website, as well as in the hotel reservation confirmation email you'll receive promptly after booking.

All modifications must be completed through the Book Your Block automated system.

Avoid contacting the hotel directly - instead, use the Modify Reservation link provided in your hotel reservation confirmation email, received from  Reservations@lodging.support.

If guests need to update the credit card linked to their reservation, they can do so by either visiting the following URL link: hotels.bookyourblock.com/Res/ or by sending an email to Reservations@lodging.support.
