TOURNAMENT HOTEL BOOKING SITES & RESERVATION INFORMATION

This dashboard contains event hotel booking information. Please use the platform as the central communications hub for anything related to your booking.



LOOKING FOR MORE INFORMATION

 
    • The Special Event Rate is the reduced room price featured on the booking platform.

    • Travel insurance might be offered for specific bookings, and if it is available, you'll see it as an optional purchase on the checkout page.

    • All tournament hotel reservations must be booked exclusively through the Book Your Block event booking engine.

    • All out-of-state teams (non-New York) must comply with the Stay-To-Play policy.

    • Teams from the following NY Counties and boroughs are exempt from the policy: Suffolk County, Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Westchester. All other New York state teams are required to comply with the Stay to Play policy. Each booking credits to the team's Stay to Play account.

    • Each team must book a minimum number of 30 room nights.

    • The tournament reserves the right not to schedule teams that fail to meet the minimum number of room nights.

    • Team managers are responsible for communicating the policy to athlete families.

    • Book Your Block recognizes that Club Directors have busy schedules, so we offer a club with multiple teams attending a concierge booking experience.

    • We discuss your preferred hotel location, amenities, and price points and make recommendations.

    • We can also communicate booking instructions directly to your team members.

    • Explore our online Help Center for instant answers to reservation inquiries or more detailed information regarding any content within this section.

    • FIND HELP

    • Upon booking, you will receive an immediate guest receipt by email confirming the reservation.

    • If you do not receive this confirmation, please reach out to guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.

    • Certain reservations may necessitate a deposit upon booking to secure the reservation.

    • The booking's terms, conditions, and financial details are outlined on the checkout page and in the guest booking confirmation receipt.

    • Cancellation Email

    • The credit card entered by the guest at the time of booking is forwarded to the hotel via a secure process. If guests wish to modify the credit card on the reservation, either complete the amendment through the URL link in the guest booking receipt or contact guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.

    • The credit card provided by the guest during booking is securely transmitted to the hotel. Should guests need to update the credit card linked to the reservation, they can do so by either utilizing the URL link provided in the guest booking receipt or by contacting guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.
