    • We discuss your preferred hotel location, amenities, and price points and make recommendations.

    • FIND HELP

    • Upon booking, you will receive an immediate guest receipt by email confirming the reservation.

    • If you do not receive this confirmation, please reach out to guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.

    • Certain reservations may require a deposit upon booking to secure the reservation.

    • The booking's terms, conditions, and financial details are outlined on the checkout page and in the guest booking confirmation receipt.

  • The policies are listed on the:

    • Cancellation Email

    • All cancellations and modifications should be made through the URL links in the guest booking receipt.

    • If you require assistance please contact guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.

    • Book Your Block does not cancel bookings made through guest requests sent by email or messages left on voicemails.

    • The credit card provided by the guest during booking is securely transmitted to the hotel. Should guests need to update the credit card linked to the reservation, they can do so by either utilizing the URL link provided in the guest booking receipt or by contacting guestdocs@bookyourblock.com.
