For round-the-clock customer service, group leaders should first visit our Online Help Center. The Help Center ensures 24/7, 365-day
access to quickly resolve reservations, offering instructional videos and screenshots for guidance on topics like setting up a group block, submitting an exemption from the stay to play policy and modifying group blocks. This platform resolves 98% of all group block questions!
If the Help Center doesn’t resolve the issue, provide us with the details, and a helpful representative will be in touch to help get the block set up as soon as possible.
We know that group leaders have busy schedules so if we notice that you haven’t set up your block yet, our group sales and hospitality team will reach out to discuss nearby hotel options and walk you through group block set up. We’ll assist group leaders in finding the best fit based on proximity to the event venue, amenities and budget considerations. If there aren’t enough rooms available at the preferred hotel, don’t worry—we’ll personally contact the hotels to negotiate an increased room block on the team's behalf!

All identified hotel options for the club are then consolidated into a single, easy-to-use dashboard. This allows family members to easily access and select from the chosen hotel options, offering flexibility to pick properties that meet their preferred amenities and price points. Additionally, it ensures they can stay connected with other club families. Ultimately, your team's comfort is our unwavering commitment.
Group leaders have the flexibility to either communicate out booking instructions themselves or provide us with their team member emails. Once Book Your Block receives the team's email addresses, our communications pipeline springs into action.

Weekly Violator Reports
Book Your Block understands that if your team is attending a Stay-To-Play event it may take more management. We're here to simplify this process.
Every week, Book Your Block sends a report to event operators highlighting teams that aren't adhering to the tournament's Stay-To-Play policy. If your team is listed, they'll notify you so you can guide attendees to make their reservations within the block.This ensures your team remains eligible to participate in the tournament and can benefit from our special event rates.
Book Your Block also understands that there are circumstances where you may want to exempt a team from the policy. We’ve implemented a turnkey solution via our exemption request form—the process is simple. You can submit the online form in a matter of minutes, and it is immediately sent to the tournament director for review.
